Property Management Services

  • Update the Strata Roll, all records and licenses.
  • Conduct all correspondences, notice any breach of by-laws.

  • Submission to the appropriate parties and authorities.
  • Procure, maintain and update all insurances.
  • Source, procure, maintain.
  • Update all by-laws, resolutions (external).
  • Liaise with JMB's legal advisers on all legal matters.
Accounting and Financial Management Services
  • Maintain all accounting records of the JMB.
  • Conduct all correspondence in respect of accounting and financial.
  • Prepare invoices, reminders, demand notices, receipts, etc.
  • Verify all claims for payments, including petty cash movement.
  • Audit and verify.
  • Financial advisor to JMB.
  • Prepare financial reports and recommendations.
  • Invoice distribution and demand collection.
Operation and Maintenance Services
  • Regular building inspections.
  • Implement and overall planned preventive maintenance.
  • Joint inspection with JMB / authority.

  • Basic training for overnight security respond team.
